A strip mall with serious ambitions
The original Sankalp on Taylorsville Road looked like a neighborhood secret — tucked into eastern Louisville's suburbs, easy to miss. Inside, a kitchen was cooking chicken Chettinad with the fire of its Tamil Nadu roots and dosas the size of your arm, refusing to soften anything.
